My Story

Through my experience in various industries, my philosophy took shape. “If something is missing, build it yourself.”

I’m driven to build across industries with intention — not just to generate profit, but to raise standards. Sustainability matters. Culture matters just as much. The goal is to create ventures where commerce and creativity strengthen each other, not compete.

The café concept came from lived experience. From ages 18 to 24, cafés were formative spaces for me — places of connection, celebration, art, and conversation.

I saw the opportunity to build something more than a business: a cultural hub. Art, music, food, diverse communities — all anchored by identity and quality.

Through Gray Harvest, my role evolved. It became less about expressing my own creativity and more about building platforms for others. That shift clarified my long-term vision: create ecosystems where ambitious, creative people can thrive without ego distorting the environment.

I’m not interested in participating in industries that have lost their integrity. I’m interested in building better ones.

Sustainability matters. Culture matters just as much. The goal is to create ventures where commerce and creativity strengthen each other, not compete. For example, The Gray Street came from lived experience. In the early years of my career & artistry, cafés were formative spaces for me — places of connection, celebration, art, and conversation. I admired artists like Patty Smith, Bob Dylan, Lou Reed & Jack Kerouack &  literally walked in their footsteps in & our of Cafes in lower manhattan.  I saw the opportunity to build something special & introducing it to a small town - something that was more than a business: a cultural hub. Art, music, food, diverse communities — all anchored by identity and quality. Through The Gray Harvest, my role evolved. It became less about expressing my own creativity and more about building platforms for others. That shift clarified my long-term vision: create ecosystems where ambitious, creative people can thrive without ego distorting the environment. I’m not interested in participating in industries that have lost their integrity. I’m interested in building better ones.
