This historical building is located next to the Allenhurst train station. It is now operating as “The Gray Street,” a coffeehouse in collaboration with renowned Chef Pat Trama.

ENVIRONMENT

  • We painted this historical space to restore it.

  • We replaced a lot of the landscaping, ensuring that the space has plenty of plants.

  • We chose an 100% wood sliding door, avoiding the negative production affects of stainless steel and plastic.

HISTORY

  • The property is located next to the historical Allenhurst train station, first opened in 1897.

  • The building is 200 years old, previously owned by a local barber shop.

SOCIAL

  • Instead of hiring a commercial company, the property was restored by small business craftsmanship.
