The difference of Identity Capital is that we aim to elevate culture in all that we do. Elevating culture can mean investing in “up and coming” neighborhoods set in historic cities, using sustainable and or recycled materials in homes that are 100+ years old, and even working with & taking an interest in the city’s artists, chefs and entrepreneurs to create their ideal environment as well as potentially funding operations & giving real estate guidance. At Identity Capital we are seeking unique and historic properties and partners to continue to Elevate Culture Everywhere. Stay tuned for renovation updates and Identity Capital’s next transformational project.
